myself i wouldnt use my elite slot on it.
Its not a terrible skill i just think an elite that causes a condition or can be use along with a IAS stance is a little better.
enraging charge has a longer movement speed increase and adds adren when you hit, which can give you a little more flexibility in what you fallow up other then just damage. Although it could be handy in AB to chase down runners.

I find the fact that it ends if you use an attack skill disappointing. you cant even bull strike someone and get the + damage...
As a cancel stance dash or pious haste are better.

I did not ask comments on whether to use this skill or not...
i'm just bored of running dragon slash and using the other war elites and trying to find a fun build using them.
i was thinking in the lines of
[skill]Charging Strike[/skill]
[skill]Counterattack[/skill]
[skill]Flail[/skill]
[skill]"Watch Yourself!"[/skill]
[skill]Healing Signet[/skill]
[skill]Signet of Return[/skill] or any other rez
with two more attack skills

It'll take some creativity to make a build since if you want to use it then it'll cancel Flail every few seconds.

PvE enemies don't kite that much, as such using that elite in PvE would be inefficient.
In low end PvP [think: AB/RA] you could use that, and follow up 1/2 attack for a ~150 damage spike.

originally i thought it might be useful, but the fact that its a stance and cancels ur IAS pretty much renders this skill useless. idk how it could be buffed to avoid this, but atm, i think that flail and any other combo of attack skills will do better. if ur really set on using this, maybe look into some low addrennal/energy skills so that u dont have to wait for adrennal gain without an ias. thats just my opinion tho

The best reason I've ever found for using this skill is to run people around ascalon or shiverpeaks. You can keep the speed bost up permanently as long as you dont attack, pair it with Signet of Stamina and a condition/hex removal and youve got a pretty sound running build for most areas.

It's a useful skill for running with. I've done all the runs from ascalon to fishermans with it and several solo FoW chest runs (long time ago), just keep refreshing it. I did find it a good idea to take a backup running skill like sprint in case you cancelled it too soon, like by removing a slow hex or summut.

I sometimes use it when combining running with fighting ..
You got a nice running skill while not being useless outside the running
only problem is that there are just 2-3 places where this is actually usefull (taking down rotscale comes to my mind)

The fact is that it only really adds a speed boost (power attack does the same damage at the same level of strength) and a speed boost isn't that great in PvE, especially one that takes up your elite slot.
Not to mention the fact that it cancels your IAS.

That is what I use it for for running and it is good in EoTN.I use Enraging Charge as a speed boost for fighting.

now that i think about it, this would be good for farms that require you to run through an area to get to your targets, like IDS farming.
